NEW DELHI: The Nifty Realty index traded positive around 10:56AM(IST)on Tuesday in an upbeat market. Macrotech Developers(up 3.83 per cent), Brigade Enterprises(up 1.01 per cent), Phoenix Mills(up 0.75 per cent), SOBHA(up 0.58 per cent) and Prestige Estates Projects(up 0.22 per cent) were among the top gainers. Indiabulls Real Estate(down 6.71 per cent), DLF(down 0.99 per cent), Godrej Properties(down 0.62 per cent) and Mahindra Lifespace Developers(down 0.59 per cent) were the top losers on the index. The Nifty Realty index was up 0.04 per cent at 452.55 at the time of writing this report. Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 74.15 points at 18338.55, while the BSE Sensex was up 243.16 points at 62007.41. Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 43 were trading in the green, while 7 were in the red. Shares of Zomato Ltd., Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd., Suzlon Energy, IDFC First Bank and YES Bank were among the most traded shares on the NSE. Shares of Mankind Pharma, Jai Balaji Inds, Mahanagar Gas, Bharat Bijlee and Firstsource hit their fresh 52-week highs in today's trade, while Pashupati Cotspin, Vasa Retail & Overse, TCNS Clothing, Avalon Technologies and Lagnam Spintex hit fresh 52-week lows in trade.
