ADF Foods has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing notable challenges within its operations. The company's score has experienced an adjustment, reflecting a shift in its evaluation over the past three months.

The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stands at Rs 15.24 crore, which indicates a decline compared to the average of Rs 17.48 crore from the previous four quarters. This trend suggests a concerning trajectory for the company's profitability. Additionally, the operating cash flow has reached its lowest point in three years, recorded at Rs 37.42 crore, indicating a decrease in cash revenues from business operations.

Net sales for ADF Foods have also shown a downward trend, reported at Rs 132.88 crore, which is lower than the average of Rs 147.39 crore from the previous four quarters. Furthermore, the Profit Before Tax (PBT) has fallen to Rs 18.06 crore, down from an average of Rs 19.38 crore in the preceding quarters. The dividend payout ratio has also reached a five-year low at 9.68%, reflecting a reduced distribution of profits to shareholders.
