Ajmera Realty & Infra India has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing notable developments in its performance metrics. The company's evaluation has undergone a revision, reflecting a shift in its score to 6 from -9 over the past three months.

Several positive trends are evident in Ajmera Realty's financials. The debt-equity ratio stands at a low 0.56 times, indicating a consistent reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital over the last five half-year periods. Additionally, net sales reached Rs 258.51 crore, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters and demonstrating a year-on-year growth of 33.44%. The operating profit also peaked at Rs 78.23 crore, while profit before tax (PBT) and profit after tax (PAT) recorded their highest levels in the same timeframe, with PBT growing by 38.43% year-on-year and PAT by 21.8%.

Conversely, there are areas of concern. The interest expense has risen significantly, reflecting a quarter-on-quarter increase of 80.45%, which may indicate higher borrowing costs. Furthermore, the debtors turnover ratio has reached its lowest point at 2.33 times, suggesting a slowdown in the company's ability to settle its debts.
