Ajmera Realty Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Declining Sales and Rising Costs

Ajmera Realty & Infra India has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024, revealing a mix of positive and challenging trends. The company's Profit After Tax (PAT) for the half-year stood at Rs 69.24 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 30.62%. This indicates a favorable near-term PAT trend. Additionally, the Debt-Equity Ratio has reached its lowest point at 0.89 times, showing a consistent reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital over the last five half-year periods.
However, the results also highlight some areas of concern. The quarterly net sales have dropped to Rs 192.88 crore, marking the lowest figure in the last five quarters and a year-on-year decline of 6.72%. Furthermore, the interest expense has increased to Rs 23.54 crore, which represents a quarter-on-quarter growth of 34.28%, suggesting a rise in borrowing costs. The Debtors Turnover Ratio has also decreased to 2.73 times, indicating a slowdown in the company's ability to settle its debts.

In light of these developments, Ajmera Realty has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation.
