Allied Digital Services Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Rising Costs and Declining Profitability in March 2025
Allied Digital Services has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing a complex picture of performance within the Computers - Software & Consulting industry. The company's net sales for the latest six months reached Rs 424.92 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 22.16%, indicating a positive near-term sales trend.However, the financial results also highlight significant challenges. The profit before tax less other income (PBT) for the quarter stood at Rs -26.55 crore, marking a notable decline compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters. Similarly, the profit after tax (PAT) was reported at Rs -7.61 crore, also showing a substantial decrease from prior averages.
Interest expenses have risen to Rs 6.91 crore, suggesting increased borrowings, while the operating profit margin has reached its lowest point at -4.55% over the last five quarters. Additionally, the earnings per share (EPS) fell to Rs -1.35, indicating declining profitability.
In light of these results, Allied Digital has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting these shifts in financial performance.
