Anant Raj Reports Strong Financial Results, Highlights Growth and Liquidity Improvements in June 2025
Anant Raj, a midcap player in the realty sector, has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing a notably positive performance. The company declared net sales of Rs 592.41 crore, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters, with a year-on-year growth of 25.56%. This upward trend in sales is complemented by an operating profit (PBDIT) of Rs 150.65 crore, also the highest in recent quarters.Profit before tax (PBT) reached Rs 140.39 crore, reflecting a significant year-on-year increase of 49.49%. Additionally, profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 125.88 crore, with a year-on-year growth of 38.3%. The earnings per share (EPS) reached Rs 3.67, indicating enhanced profitability for shareholders.
On the liquidity front, cash and cash equivalents improved, reaching Rs 346.13 crore, the highest in the last six half-yearly periods. However, the dividend payout ratio has seen a decline, recorded at 5.89%, the lowest in five years, indicating a reduced distribution of profits as dividends.
