Ansal Buildwell Reports Significant Sales and Profit Growth Amid Rising Interest Expenses in March 2025

Ansal Buildwell, a microcap player in the realty sector, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The results indicate a notable shift in the company's evaluation, with a revision in its score reflecting changes over the past three months.
The financial data reveals a significant uptick in net sales, which reached Rs 15.22 crore, marking an 80.9% increase compared to the average of the previous four quarters. However, the financial results also highlight some challenges. Interest expenses have risen to Rs 1.42 crore, reflecting a 26.79% increase quarter on quarter, indicating higher borrowing costs. Furthermore, non-operating income constituted 36.40% of PBT, raising concerns about the sustainability of income derived from non-business activities.
