Aptech recently released its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024, showing a strong Debtors Turnover Ratio of 10.26 times, the highest in recent periods. However, the company faced challenges with a notable decline in Profit After Tax and Profit Before Tax, raising concerns about income sustainability.
Aptech, a microcap company in the IT - Education sector, recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024. The evaluation changes reflect a notable shift in the company's financial performance, with the score adjusting to -13 from -8 over the past three months.

The financial results indicate that Aptech has achieved a strong Debtors Turnover Ratio, recorded at 10.26 times, marking the highest level in the last five half-yearly periods. This suggests that the company has been effective in settling its debtors more swiftly.

However, the results also highlight challenges for Aptech. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stands at Rs 3.52 crore, which represents a significant decline of 39.5% compared to the average PAT of Rs 5.81 crore from the previous four quarters. Similarly, the Profit Before Tax (PBT) has decreased to Rs 3.95 crore, down 14.8% from an average of Rs 4.64 crore in the prior quarters. Additionally, a substantial portion of the company's income, 53.14% of PBT, is derived from non-operating activities, raising concerns about the sustainability of its business model.
