Similarly, the operating profit reached Rs 377.09 crore, also the highest in the same timeframe, indicating a robust operational performance.Profit before tax, excluding other income, stood at Rs 230.89 crore, while profit after tax was recorded at Rs 190.50 crore, both reflecting positive trends over the recent quarters. Additionally, earnings per share reached Rs 3.81, highlighting an increase in profitability and enhanced earnings for shareholders.
However, the financial results also reveal a significant aspect regarding the company's debt. The debt-equity ratio has risen to 1.54 times, the highest in the last five half-yearly periods, suggesting that the company is relying more on borrowing to support its operations, which may impact its liquidity position.
