ARCL Organics Reports Flat Q3 FY24-25 Results Amid Declining Profitability Metrics

ARCL Organics, a microcap player in the fertilizers industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending December 2024. The results indicate a flat financial performance for Q3 FY24-25, with a notable adjustment in its evaluation score, which has shifted to -5 from 11 over the past three months.
The company achieved its highest quarterly net sales in the last five quarters, reaching Rs 61.96 crore, suggesting a positive near-term sales trend. However, challenges persist as the Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) has shown a significant decline, recorded at Rs 1.55 crore, which is the lowest in the last five quarters and reflects a negative near-term trend. Additionally, the Profit After Tax (PAT) for the half-year stands at Rs 3.97 crore, marking a year-on-year decrease of 21.39%.

Operating profit has also reached its lowest point in five quarters at Rs 3.82 crore, with the operating profit margin declining to 6.17%. Furthermore, earnings per share (EPS) have fallen to Rs 2.24, indicating a reduction in profitability for shareholders.
