Are Arkade latest results good or bad?

Arkade Developers has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, which indicate a challenging operational environment. The company experienced a significant decline in key financial metrics compared to the previous four quarters. Profit Before Tax (PBT) fell to Rs 32.42 crore, reflecting a 35.1% decrease from the average PBT of Rs 49.98 crore. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) dropped to Rs 28.76 crore, down 26.7% from the average PAT of Rs 39.23 crore.
Net sales totaled Rs 159.45 crore, marking a 6.6% decline from the average of Rs 170.78 crore over the last four quarters. Operating profit reached Rs 34.25 crore, the lowest in five quarters, with an operating profit margin of 21.48%, indicating a decline in operational efficiency. Earnings per share (EPS) also fell to Rs 1.55, the lowest in five quarters, suggesting reduced profitability for shareholders.

In terms of quarterly performance, there was a noted QoQ growth in net sales of 21.30% compared to a previous decline of 41.48%. However, consolidated net profit showed a QoQ decrease of 13.53%, which is an improvement from the prior quarter's decline of 33.59%. Despite these changes, the overall financial performance suggests ongoing challenges for Arkade Developers.
