Are Aurum Proptech latest results good or bad?

Aurum Proptech has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, which indicate a challenging operational environment. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) for this quarter was recorded at Rs -19.34 crore, representing a decline compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters. This marks the lowest PBT for the company in the last five quarters, suggesting a negative trend in performance.
The Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a decline, falling to Rs -9.42 crore, which is lower than the average PAT from the previous four quarters. The rising interest costs, which reached Rs 17.42 crore, reflect an increasing financial burden due to higher borrowings.

In terms of sales, the net sales showed a decrease of 2.85% compared to the previous quarter, contrasting with a growth of 9.03% in March 2025. The operating profit (PBDIT) also declined by 14.79%, indicating a reduction in operational efficiency. The consolidated net profit experienced a notable decline of 30.83% from the previous quarter.

Despite reporting its highest non-operating income in five quarters at Rs 8.56 crore, this increase may not be sustainable. Overall, the financial results suggest that Aurum Proptech is facing significant challenges, leading to an adjustment in its evaluation.
