Confidence Futuristic Energetech has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing a notable decline in several key performance metrics. The company experienced a year-on-year decrease in net sales, which fell to Rs 40.98 crore, marking a 23.22% decline and representing the lowest sales figure recorded in the past five quarters. This decline in sales is accompanied by a significant drop in profit after tax, which decreased by 66.7% year-on-year to Rs 0.28 crore, indicating challenges in maintaining profitability.
Additionally, the company reported a substantial increase in interest expenses, which surged to Rs 7.41 crore, reflecting a 208.75% rise. This increase suggests a growing reliance on borrowings, as evidenced by the debt-equity ratio reaching its highest level in five half-yearly periods at 0.71 times. Furthermore, the earnings per share fell to Rs 0.11, the lowest in five quarters, highlighting ongoing pressures on profitability.

Despite these challenges, the inventory turnover ratio improved to 4.97 times, indicating enhanced efficiency in selling inventory. However, the overall financial landscape suggests that the company is facing significant operational hurdles.
