D-Link India's latest results show a decline in net sales and profitability, with net profit down 11.12% and sales down 5.30%. However, the company improved its inventory turnover and liquidity, indicating better operational efficiency despite the challenges.
D-Link India has released its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, which reflect a mix of operational trends. The company reported a decline in net sales, with a quarter-over-quarter change of -5.30%, compared to a growth of 11.58% in the previous quarter. This indicates a shift in revenue generation capabilities.

In terms of profitability, the consolidated net profit also saw a decline, with a quarter-over-quarter change of -11.12%, down from a modest growth of 3.51% in the prior quarter. The profit before tax (PBT) decreased by 8.4% compared to the average of the previous four quarters, while profit after tax (PAT) fell by 6.5% during the same period.

On a more positive note, D-Link India achieved a significant improvement in its inventory turnover ratio, reaching 17.89 times on a half-yearly basis, marking the highest level in the last five half-year periods. This suggests enhanced efficiency in inventory management. Additionally, cash and cash equivalents rose to Rs 80.85 crore, the highest in the last six half-year periods, indicating an improvement in short-term liquidity.

Overall, while D-Link India faced challenges in its profit metrics and sales performance, the company demonstrated operational efficiency through better inventory management and liquidity. It is also noted that the company saw an adjustment in its evaluation over the recent months.
