DCM Shriram Industries has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, highlighting several key operational trends. The company experienced a decline in Profit Before Tax (PBT), which fell by 26% to Rs 23.04 crore, compared to an average of Rs 31.13 crore over the previous four quarters. This rise in interest expenses has resulted in a low operating profit to interest ratio of 4.12 times, suggesting a reduced capacity to manage interest payments effectively.

On the sales front, net sales showed a growth of 5.72% compared to the previous quarter, reaching Rs 498.59 crore. However, the consolidated net profit saw a decline of 28.82% from the previous quarter. The operating profit margin, excluding other income, also reflected a decrease, indicating potential challenges in maintaining profitability.

Overall, the company saw an adjustment in its evaluation, reflecting the mixed operational performance amid significant challenges.
