Delhivery's latest results show strong growth, with a significant increase in Profit After Tax and Operating Profit, alongside improved Earnings per Share and Debtors Turnover Ratio. However, concerns about reliance on Non-Operating Income and a rising Debt-Equity Ratio indicate mixed performance.
Delhivery has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing notable growth in several key metrics. The Profit After Tax (PAT) reached Rs 91.05 crore, reflecting a significant increase compared to the average PAT from the previous four quarters. Additionally, the Operating Profit (PBDIT) reached its highest level at Rs 148.82 crore, with an Operating Profit Margin of 6.49%, indicating enhanced operational efficiency.

The Earnings per Share (EPS) also achieved a five-quarter high at Rs 1.22, suggesting improved profitability for shareholders. Furthermore, the Debtors Turnover Ratio improved to 6.33 times, indicating effective management of receivables.

However, there are challenges to consider. A substantial portion of the Profit Before Tax was derived from Non-Operating Income, raising questions about the sustainability of these income sources. Additionally, the Debt-Equity Ratio has increased to 0.15 times, suggesting a greater reliance on borrowing for operational funding.

In terms of quarterly performance, Delhivery experienced a 4.67% growth in Net Sales compared to the previous quarter, while the Consolidated Net Profit showed a 25.48% growth. The Operating Profit (PBDIT) also saw a notable increase of 24.97%. Overall, the company has seen an adjustment in its evaluation, reflecting the mixed operational trends and financial performance.
