Additionally, the operating margin decreased to 15.96%, a contraction of 295 basis points compared to the previous year, indicating deteriorating operational efficiency.

The company has seen a notable increase in employee costs, which rose by 31.54% year-on-year, further straining profitability. Despite the revenue growth, the operational challenges and rising costs have led to a concerning trend in financial performance.
