Hi-Tech Pipes has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing a mixed operational performance. The company achieved its highest Profit Before Tax (PBT) in the last five quarters, amounting to Rs 27.04 crore, and also recorded a peak in Profit After Tax (PAT) at Rs 20.92 crore. This indicates a positive trend in profitability metrics for the near term.
However, the company faced challenges with net sales, which totaled Rs 791.36 crore, reflecting a year-on-year decline of 8.72%. This decline contrasts sharply with the previous year's growth of 35.01%, suggesting ongoing difficulties in the market environment. Additionally, the operating profit margin slightly improved to 4.92%, although this was accompanied by a decline in operating profit.

On a positive note, Hi-Tech Pipes saw an improvement in its debt-equity ratio, which decreased to 0.14 times, the lowest in the last five half-yearly periods, indicating a reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital.

It is also noted that the company experienced an adjustment in its evaluation over the past three months. Overall, while there are some positive trends in profitability and financial stability, the decline in net sales poses significant challenges for Hi-Tech Pipes.
