India Shelter Finance Corporation has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing notable performance in key areas. Net sales reached a record high of Rs 361.22 crore, reflecting a 24% increase compared to the average of the previous four quarters. The operating profit (PBDIT) also peaked at Rs 264.39 crore, indicating consistent growth over the last five quarters. Profit before tax (PBT) was reported at Rs 155.15 crore, which is a 29.6% increase from the previous four-quarter average, while profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 119.45 crore, up 26.4% from the same benchmark. Earnings per share (EPS) reached Rs 11.07, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters.
However, the company is facing challenges with its operating cash flow, which has declined annually, reaching a low of Rs -1,434.77 crore over the past three years. This trend raises concerns regarding cash revenues from business operations.

In light of these results, the company saw an adjustment in its evaluation. The quarterly results also reflect a net sales growth of 7.57% in the quarter ended March 2025 compared to the previous quarter, while consolidated net profit exhibited a growth of 12.47%. Overall, the financial data indicates a mix of strong performance in profit metrics alongside challenges in cash flow management.
