Indus Towers' latest results show a positive trend in sales with net sales reaching Rs 8,057.60 crore, but profitability has declined, with Profit After Tax dropping by 30.1% to Rs 1,736.80 crore and operating profit margins decreasing to 54.48%. Overall, while sales growth and financial health indicators have improved, the company faces challenges in profitability and operational efficiency.
Indus Towers has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing a mixed operational performance. The company achieved net sales of Rs 8,057.60 crore, which is the highest quarterly sales in the last five quarters, indicating a positive trend in sales growth with a quarter-on-quarter increase of 4.28%.

On the financial health front, Indus Towers has made progress by improving its debt-equity ratio to 0.65 times, the lowest in the last five half-yearly periods, suggesting a reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital. Additionally, the debtors turnover ratio reached 6.32 times, reflecting the company's efficiency in managing its receivables.

However, the results also highlight significant challenges. Profit Before Tax (PBT) fell to Rs 2,248.70 crore, marking a decline of 29.8% compared to the average of the previous four quarters. Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a decrease of 30.1%, landing at Rs 1,736.80 crore. The operating profit margin dropped to 54.48%, the lowest in five quarters, indicating a decline in operational efficiency. Furthermore, earnings per share (EPS) fell to Rs 6.58, signaling a reduction in profitability for shareholders.

Overall, while Indus Towers has shown a positive trend in sales and improved financial health indicators, it faces challenges in profitability and operational efficiency. The company saw an adjustment in its evaluation based on these results.
