Are Inox Green latest results good or bad?

Inox Green Energy Services has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing a mixed performance. The company achieved a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 22.03 crore, which reflects a notable growth compared to the average PAT of Rs 4.62 crore over the previous four quarters. This marks the highest PAT recorded in the last five quarters, suggesting a positive trend in profitability.
However, the Profit Before Tax (PBT) was reported at Rs -8.59 crore, indicating a decline from the previous four-quarter average of Rs -5.62 crore, which points to challenges in operational performance. Additionally, the company’s inventory turnover ratio and debtors turnover ratio have reached their lowest levels in the last five half-year periods, suggesting a slowdown in inventory sales and debtor settlements.

On the sales front, net sales for the latest six months amounted to Rs 124.58 crore, showing a year-on-year growth of 20.61%. Yet, the quarterly net sales for the quarter ended June 2025 experienced a decline of 17.81% compared to the previous quarter. The operating profit margin, excluding other income, was reported at 10.89%, reflecting a change in operational efficiency.

Furthermore, non-operating income has surged to 126.04% of PBT, which raises concerns regarding the sustainability of this income source. Overall, the company has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, reflecting the complexities of its financial performance during this period.
