International Travel House's latest results are positive, with record highs in operating profit, profit before tax, and profit after tax, alongside a 41.82% increase in standalone net profit. However, the reliance on non-operating income raises concerns about long-term sustainability.
International Travel House has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, showcasing a notable performance across several key metrics. The operating profit (PBDIT) reached Rs 10.27 crore, which is the highest recorded in the last five quarters, indicating a positive trend in operational efficiency. Similarly, the profit before tax (PBT) also achieved a five-quarter high at Rs 8.35 crore, while the profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 7.63 crore, marking the best performance in this metric over the same period. The earnings per share (EPS) increased to Rs 9.55, suggesting enhanced profitability for shareholders.

On the revenue front, the net sales grew by 4.12% compared to the previous quarter, a recovery from the decline observed in December 2024. The standalone net profit exhibited a significant growth of 41.82% from the prior quarter, reflecting a strong operational rebound.

However, it is important to note that the company also reported a non-operating income of Rs 2.20 crore, which is the highest in five quarters. This increase is attributed to non-business activities, raising questions about the long-term sustainability of this income source.

Overall, the company saw an adjustment in its evaluation, reflecting a turnaround in its financial health over the past three months.
