ISF's latest results show a recovery in profitability with a Profit After Tax of Rs 0.19 crore, up from a loss last year. However, the company faces operational challenges, with a 14% decline in net sales and a significant drop in operating profit.
ISF, a microcap company in the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) sector, has released its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The company reported a flat financial performance, with a noted adjustment in its evaluation over the past three months.

In terms of profitability, ISF has shown a positive shift in its Profit After Tax (PAT), which reached Rs 0.19 crore for the latest six-month period, a notable recovery compared to a loss of Rs 1.08 crore in the preceding twelve-month period. This indicates that ISF has surpassed its PAT from the previous year within just half a year.

However, the quarterly results reflect some challenges. The net sales for the quarter ending June 2025 experienced a decline of 14.00% compared to the previous quarter, which had a growth of 19.05%. Additionally, the standalone net profit saw a complete reduction, reflecting a 100.00% decline from the previous quarter's figures. Operating profit also faced a significant drop of 78.79%, while the operating profit margin decreased by 49.72%.

Overall, while ISF has demonstrated an improvement in profitability through its PAT, the quarterly metrics indicate operational challenges that will require close monitoring in the upcoming periods.
