Kabra Extrusion Technik has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, which indicate significant challenges in its operational performance. The company experienced a notable decline in net sales, which totaled Rs 139.54 crore, reflecting a year-on-year decrease of 16.93%. This decline is a shift from the previous year's performance, where the growth was at -5.61%.
The profit before tax (PBT) has also shown a substantial decline, falling to Rs -4.41 crore, which marks a 119.06% decrease compared to the same quarter last year. Similarly, the profit after tax (PAT) dropped to Rs 3.02 crore, down 84.1% year-on-year. This trend is further underscored by the operating profit (PBDIT), which decreased to Rs 4.45 crore, indicating a negative trajectory in the company's financial health.

Additionally, the operating profit margin has reached its lowest point in five quarters at 3.19%, suggesting a decline in operational efficiency. Interest expenses have risen to Rs 3.36 crore, the highest in the last five quarters, indicating increased borrowing costs.
