Are Kisan Mouldings latest results good or bad?

Kisan Mouldings has reported a positive financial performance for the quarter ending March 2025, showcasing a significant turnaround compared to the previous year. The company's Profit After Tax (PAT) for the latest six months is Rs 0.89 crore, marking a recovery from a loss of Rs 9.99 crore in the preceding twelve-month period. This indicates that Kisan Mouldings has surpassed its PAT from the previous year within just half a year.
In terms of sales, Kisan Mouldings achieved net sales of Rs 83.30 crore for the quarter, which is the highest recorded in the last five quarters. This figure reflects a growth of 33.5% compared to the average net sales of Rs 62.38 crore from the previous four quarters, suggesting a strong performance in the near term.

However, when examining the quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) results, there are some notable trends. The net sales growth for the quarter ended March 2025 is reported at 18.46%, which is lower than the 36.62% growth seen in the previous quarter. Similarly, the consolidated net profit growth for the same period is 28.21%, down from 179.59% in the prior quarter.

Additionally, the operating profit margin (excluding other income) has shown a slight decline, reflecting a change in operational efficiency. Despite these observations, Kisan Mouldings has seen an adjustment in its evaluation over the last three months, highlighting recent positive developments in its financial performance.
