KPI Green Energy's latest results are strong, with significant growth in net sales and profits, but the quarter-on-quarter growth rates show a slight decline in momentum. Overall, the financial performance is positive, though some non-operating income may not be sustainable.
KPI Green Energy has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, highlighting notable growth across several key metrics. The company's net sales reached Rs 569.41 crore, reflecting a significant increase of 56.5% compared to the average of the previous four quarters. This growth is complemented by an operating profit (PBDIT) of Rs 161.12 crore, which indicates a positive trend over the last five quarters.

Profit before tax (PBT) was reported at Rs 130.39 crore, representing a 48.9% rise from the previous four-quarter average, while profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 99.20 crore, marking a 49.4% increase from the same period. Additionally, earnings per share (EPS) reached Rs 5.04, the highest recorded in the last five quarters, suggesting enhanced profitability for shareholders.

However, it is important to note that the company reported a non-operating income of Rs 8.39 crore, which may not be sustainable over the long term. In terms of quarter-on-quarter performance, the net sales growth was recorded at 24.23%, which is a decrease from the previous quarter's growth of 27.44%. Similarly, the consolidated net profit growth was 17.33%, down from 20.84% in the prior quarter.

Overall, KPI Green Energy has demonstrated strong financial results, but the quarter-on-quarter growth rates indicate a shift in momentum. The company also experienced an adjustment in its evaluation during this reporting period.
