Ruchi Infrastructure's latest results are positive, showing a 290% increase in Profit After Tax to Rs 8.58 crore and the highest net sales in five quarters. However, a significant portion of the profit came from non-operating income, which may affect sustainability.
Ruchi Infrastructure has reported notable financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, indicating a significant turnaround in its performance compared to the previous year. The company declared a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 8.58 crore, which reflects a substantial year-on-year growth of 290%. This growth is accompanied by net sales reaching Rs 16.53 crore, marking the highest quarterly figure in the last five quarters, with a year-on-year growth rate of 4.69%.

The operating profit to interest ratio has also shown improvement, reaching its highest point in five quarters at 7.71 times, suggesting enhanced management of interest payments. Additionally, the Profit Before Tax (PBT) stood at Rs 2.45 crore, the highest in the last five quarters, while the earnings per share (EPS) was reported at Rs 0.36.

However, it is important to note that a significant portion of the PBT, approximately 73.25%, was derived from non-operating income, which raises questions about the sustainability of this income source. The company maintains a low debt-equity ratio of 0.48 times, indicating a reduction in borrowing relative to equity capital.

Overall, Ruchi Infrastructure has experienced a revision in its evaluation, reflecting the positive operational trends observed in its latest financial results.
