Salora International's latest results show a Profit After Tax of Rs 0.04 crore and an EPS of Rs 0.05, indicating improved profitability. However, a 27.5% decline in net sales and negative operating profit raise concerns about the company's operational challenges.
Salora International has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing a complex operational landscape. The company achieved a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 0.04 crore, which is the highest it has recorded in the last five quarters. Additionally, the Earnings per Share (EPS) reached Rs 0.05, indicating a positive development in profitability for shareholders.

However, the company faced notable challenges during this period. Net sales amounted to Rs 27.47 crore, reflecting a significant decline of 27.5% compared to the average of the previous four quarters. This downturn in sales is concerning, especially as it follows a quarter where net sales showed growth. Operating Profit (PBDIT) fell to Rs -1.10 crore, marking the lowest figure in five quarters, which resulted in an Operating Profit Margin of -4.00%. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) also reached a low of Rs -1.54 crore, raising questions about the sustainability of the company's business model, particularly as non-operating income constituted a substantial percentage of PBT.

Overall, while Salora International has made strides in profitability metrics, the decline in net sales and operating profit highlights significant operational challenges. Furthermore, the company saw an adjustment in its evaluation over the past three months, reflecting the mixed performance in its financial results.
