Sammaan Capital's latest results show a recovery in Profit After Tax (PAT) to Rs 626.48 crore over the past six months, compared to a loss in the previous year, but net sales and operating profit declined, indicating mixed performance overall.
Sammaan Capital has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, with the announcement made on May 16, 2025. The company experienced flat financial performance during this period, although it saw an adjustment in its evaluation over the last three months.

In terms of profitability, Sammaan Capital reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 626.48 crore for the latest six-month period, marking a recovery compared to the preceding twelve months, which recorded a PAT of Rs -1,811.35 crore. This indicates that the company has surpassed its PAT from the previous twelve months within just six months.

For the quarter ended March 2025, the company reported a consolidated net profit growth of 1.44% compared to the same quarter in the previous year, which is a decrease from the 21.64% growth reported in March 2024. Additionally, net sales showed a decline of 4.41% year-over-year, contrasting with a growth of 6.23% in the prior year.

Operating profit (PBDIT) excluding other income also experienced a decline of 11.13% year-over-year, while the operating profit margin (excluding other income) decreased by 5.40%. Notably, the Profit Before Tax (PBT) reached Rs 429.97 crore for the quarter, representing the highest figure in the last five quarters, suggesting a potential stabilization in the company's financial performance.

Overall, while the results reflect some challenges in sales and operating profit, the significant recovery in PAT and the highest PBT in recent quarters highlight key areas of improvement for Sammaan Capital.
