Arihant Foundations Reports Strong Financial Growth Amid Rising Interest Expenses in June 2025

Arihant Foundations & Housing, a microcap player in the realty sector, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing a notable performance. The company has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score rising to 32 from 24 over the past three months.
The financial data reveals that net sales reached Rs 82.58 crore, reflecting a significant year-on-year growth of 113.39%. This upward trend in sales is complemented by a profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 19.00 crore, which has also seen a robust year-on-year increase of 87.01%. The operating profit to interest ratio stands at its highest in five quarters at 8.01 times, indicating improved management of interest payments.

Additionally, profit after tax (PAT) reached Rs 16.35 crore, marking a year-on-year growth of 71.9%. The company's ability to settle its debtors has improved, as evidenced by a debtor turnover ratio of 3.45 times, the highest in the last five half-yearly periods. Furthermore, the earnings per share (EPS) have reached Rs 16.40, showcasing enhanced profitability for shareholders.

However, it is worth noting that interest expenses have risen to Rs 12.12 crore, reflecting increased borrowings over the previous half-year period.
