Arkade Developers Reports Decline in Key Financial Metrics Amid Market Challenges in July 2025
Arkade Developers, a small-cap player in the realty sector, has released its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, with the announcement made on July 25, 2025. The company has experienced notable challenges during this period, reflected in a revision of its evaluation score, which has shifted to a lower position compared to the previous three months.The financial data indicates a decline in key performance metrics. Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) stood at Rs 32.42 crore, marking a significant reduction compared to the average of the previous four quarters. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) was reported at Rs 28.76 crore, also showing a downward trend against prior averages. Net Sales for the quarter reached Rs 159.45 crore, which is lower than the average sales figures from the last four quarters.
Additionally, the Operating Profit and Operating Profit Margin have both reached their lowest levels in the last five quarters, suggesting a decline in operational efficiency. Earnings per Share (EPS) also fell to Rs 1.55, indicating reduced profitability for shareholders.
