Aurum Proptech, a microcap IT software company, has recently announced its financial results for the quarter ending June 2024. The company’s stock has been given a ‘Hold’ call by MarketsMOJO.

According to the financial report, Aurum Proptech’s performance for the quarter has been flat, with a score of 5 out of 10, compared to a score of 6 in the previous quarter. However, there are some positive aspects to the company’s financials.

The net sales for the quarter were at its highest at Rs 64.89 crore and have been growing consistently for the past five quarters. This indicates a positive trend in the company’s sales in the near term. Additionally, the debtors turnover ratio for the half-yearly period was at its highest at 9.21 times, showing that the company has been able to settle its debtors faster.

On the other hand, there are some areas of concern for Aurum Proptech. The debt-equity ratio for the half-yearly period was at its highest at 1.77 times, indicating that the company is borrowing more to fund its operations. This could potentially lead to a stressed liquidity situation. Furthermore, the interest cost for the nine-month period has increased by 39.46%, which could be a result of the company’s increased borrowings.

Overall, Aurum Proptech’s financial performance for the quarter ending June 2024 has been mixed. While there are some positive aspects, there are also some areas of concern that investors should keep in mind. MarketsMOJO has given a ‘Hold’ call for the company’s stock, indicating a neutral stance.
