Avanti Feeds Reports Strong Financial Results with Highest Cash Flow in Three Years

Avanti Feeds has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing a range of positive developments. The company's score has seen an adjustment in evaluation, moving to 19 from 17 over the past three months.
Key highlights from the financials indicate that Avanti Feeds achieved its highest operating cash flow in three years, totaling Rs 584.36 crore, reflecting robust cash generation from its business operations. Additionally, net sales reached Rs 1,606.36 crore, marking the highest quarterly figure in the last five quarters, suggesting a favorable sales trend.

The operating profit also reached a peak of Rs 214.13 crore, with an operating profit margin of 13.33%, indicating enhanced operational efficiency. Profit before tax (PBT) and profit after tax (PAT) both recorded their highest figures in five quarters, with PBT growing at 36.59% year-on-year and PAT increasing by 39.1% year-on-year. Furthermore, earnings per share (EPS) reached Rs 13.09, reflecting improved profitability for shareholders.

However, the company’s dividend payout ratio has reached its lowest point in five years at 23.19%, and there has been an increase in non-operating income, which may not be sustainable in the long term.
