AWL Agri Business Reports Record Sales Amid Declining Profitability in March 2025 Results
AWL Agri Business has released its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, showcasing a mix of performance indicators. The company reported net sales of Rs 18,229.59 crore, marking the highest quarterly figure in the last five quarters and reflecting a notable growth rate of 24.2% compared to the average net sales of the previous four quarters, which stood at Rs 14,672.68 crore. This positive trend in sales suggests a robust demand for AWL Agri Business's products in the near term.However, the financial results also reveal challenges for the company. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter was recorded at Rs 172.30 crore, which represents a significant decline of 46.5% when compared to the average PBT of Rs 322.33 crore from the previous four quarters. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) was reported at Rs 190.28 crore, down 36.1% from the average PAT of Rs 297.89 crore in the preceding quarters.
In light of these results, AWL Agri Business has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, reflecting the complexities of its financial landscape.
