BEML Ltd Reports Strong Financial Results for March 2025, Highlights Increased Profitability and Efficiency

BEML Ltd, a midcap player in the automobiles industry, has released its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, showcasing a notable performance. The company reported net sales of Rs 1,652.53 crore, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters. This positive trend is mirrored in the operating profit, which reached Rs 422.50 crore, also the highest in the same timeframe. The operating profit margin improved to 25.57%, indicating enhanced efficiency within the company.
Profit before tax (PBT) and profit after tax (PAT) figures also reflect strong results, with PBT at Rs 390.98 crore and PAT at Rs 287.55 crore, both representing the best outcomes in the past five quarters. Additionally, earnings per share (EPS) climbed to Rs 69.06, suggesting increased profitability for shareholders.

However, it is important to note that interest expenses have risen to Rs 29.63 crore, reflecting a growth of 20.06% over the previous half-year period, which may indicate increased borrowings.
