Bhageria Industries Reports Strong PAT Growth Amid Mixed Financial Indicators in June 2025

Bhageria Industries, a microcap player in the dyes and pigments industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The company has experienced notable developments in its financial metrics, leading to an adjustment in its evaluation.
The financial results indicate a significant growth in Profit After Tax (PAT), which reached Rs 27.03 crore, reflecting a year-on-year increase of 112.33%. This positive trend in profitability is complemented by net sales of Rs 510.46 crore for the nine-month period, marking a year-on-year growth of 25.48%. Additionally, Bhageria Industries has achieved its highest operating cash flow in three years, amounting to Rs 49.49 crore, showcasing improved cash generation from its business operations. The company's cash and cash equivalents have also reached a peak of Rs 31.20 crore over the last six half-yearly periods, indicating enhanced short-term liquidity.

However, the financial results also reveal challenges. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) has shown a decline, recorded at Rs 8.94 crore, which is a decrease compared to the average of the previous four quarters. Furthermore, a significant portion of the PBT, 42.02%, is derived from non-operating income, raising concerns about the sustainability of the business model. The dividend payout ratio has also reached its lowest point in five years at 16.20%, suggesting a reduced distribution of profits to shareholders.
