Bharat Agri Fert & Realty Reports Significant Growth Amid Concerns Over Non-Operating Income

Bharat Agri Fert & Realty has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, showcasing notable developments in its performance metrics. The company has experienced a significant adjustment in its evaluation, with its score rising to 14 from -3 over the past three months.
The financial results indicate a remarkable growth in Profit After Tax (PAT), which reached Rs 4.27 crore, reflecting an increase of 865.0% compared to the average PAT of the previous four quarters. Additionally, net sales have reached Rs 7.06 crore, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters and a growth of 21.0% over the previous four-quarter average. Operating profit also saw a positive trend, with the highest quarterly figure recorded at Rs 2.59 crore and an operating profit margin of 36.69%, indicating improved efficiency.

However, it is important to note that the company's non-operating income constituted 137.60% of Profit Before Tax (PBT), raising concerns about the sustainability of its business model.
