D & H India Reports Strong PAT Growth Amid Rising Interest Expenses and Slower Receivables Turnover in June 2025

D & H India has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, highlighting a Profit After Tax of Rs 3.36 crore, a 150.75% year-on-year increase. Net sales reached Rs 112.05 crore, up 23.61%. However, interest expenses rose significantly, and the debtors turnover ratio declined.
D & H India, a microcap player in the industrial manufacturing sector, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The evaluation changes reflect a notable shift in the company's score, which has adjusted to 14 from 21 over the past three months.

The financial data reveals several positive trends for D & H India. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the latest six months stands at Rs 3.36 crore, showcasing a significant year-on-year growth of 150.75%. Additionally, net sales have reached Rs 112.05 crore, marking a year-on-year increase of 23.61%. The inventory turnover ratio has also reached a high of 10.97 times, indicating the company's efficiency in managing its inventory.

Conversely, there are areas of concern. The interest expense for the nine-month period has risen to Rs 3.74 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 32.16%, which suggests an increase in borrowings. Furthermore, the debtors turnover ratio has declined to 4.79 times, the lowest in the last five half-yearly periods, indicating a slowdown in the pace of settling receivables.
