Delhivery Reports Strong PAT Growth Amid Rising Debt-Equity Concerns in June 2025 Results

Delhivery, a prominent player in the transport services industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The company has experienced notable developments in its financial metrics, leading to an adjustment in its evaluation score, which has risen to 20 from 19 over the past three months.
The financial results indicate a significant growth in Profit After Tax (PAT), which reached Rs 91.05 crore, reflecting a substantial increase compared to the average PAT of Rs 41.81 crore from the previous four quarters. Additionally, Delhivery achieved its highest Operating Profit to Interest ratio at 4.38 times, showcasing an enhanced ability to manage interest payments. The Operating Profit (PBDIT) also reached a peak of Rs 148.82 crore, and the Operating Profit Margin improved to 6.49%, indicating better operational efficiency.

However, the company faces challenges as well. The Non-Operating Income has surged to 144.84% of Profit Before Tax, raising concerns about the sustainability of this income source. Furthermore, the Debt-Equity Ratio has reached its highest level in recent periods, suggesting increased borrowing to support operations, which may impact liquidity.
