Dhampur Bio Organics Reports Strong Financial Growth Amid Rising Debt Concerns in March 2025

Dhampur Bio Organics has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, showcasing notable developments in its performance metrics. The company has experienced a significant adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting a shift to 9 from -12 over the past three months.
The financial results indicate a remarkable growth in Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT), which reached Rs 59.51 crore, marking a substantial increase compared to the average of the previous four quarters. Similarly, Profit After Tax (PAT) also saw a considerable rise, amounting to Rs 44.80 crore, again showing a strong performance relative to prior periods. The operating profit margin has reached its highest level in five quarters at 20.61%, suggesting enhanced operational efficiency.

On the sales front, net sales for the latest six months stood at Rs 928.58 crore, reflecting a positive year-on-year growth. Additionally, the company has demonstrated improved management of its interest payments, with the operating profit to interest ratio at its highest in the last five quarters.

However, the financial results also highlight some challenges, including a rise in interest costs and an increased debt-equity ratio, indicating a higher reliance on borrowings to support operations.
