Ducon Infratechnologies has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing a complex picture of its performance. The company achieved its highest quarterly net sales at Rs 119.34 crore, marking a positive trend in sales over the last five quarters. Additionally, Ducon Tech recorded its highest operating profit at Rs 8.91 crore, with an operating profit margin reaching 7.47%, indicating improved efficiency.On the profitability front, the profit after tax (PAT) also reached a peak of Rs 3.61 crore, and earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 0.11, reflecting a favorable trend in profitability for shareholders. However, the financial results also highlight challenges. Interest expenses rose significantly to Rs 3.40 crore, increasing by 36% quarter on quarter, which suggests a reliance on increased borrowings. Furthermore, the operating profit to interest ratio fell to its lowest level in five quarters at 2.62 times, indicating a potential strain on the company's ability to manage its interest obligations.
In light of these developments, Ducon Infratechnologies has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting these changes.
