EIH Associated Hotels Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Industry Challenges in June 2025

EIH Associated Hotels has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing a complex picture of performance within the Hotels & Resorts industry. The company has experienced a notable adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting a decline to -5 from 18 over the past three months.
On a positive note, EIH Associated Hotels achieved its highest operating cash flow in three years, amounting to Rs 108.75 crore, indicating robust cash generation from its business operations. However, the financial results also highlight significant challenges. The net sales for the quarter stood at Rs 68.74 crore, which represents a substantial decline compared to the average net sales of the previous four quarters. Additionally, profit before tax (PBT) and profit after tax (PAT) have also shown considerable reductions, with PBT at Rs 4.65 crore and PAT at Rs 7.16 crore, both reflecting negative trends against prior averages.

Furthermore, a significant portion of the company's income is derived from non-operating sources, accounting for over half of the PBT, raising concerns about the sustainability of its business model.
