Elnet Technologies, a microcap player in the IT software industry, has released its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The company reported a notable achievement in Profit After Tax (PAT), reaching Rs 4.73 crore, marking the highest figure in the last five quarters. Additionally, Earnings per Share (EPS) also peaked at Rs 11.83, indicating a positive trend in profitability and enhanced earnings for shareholders.However, the financial landscape presents challenges as well. Net Sales for the quarter stood at Rs 5.23 crore, reflecting a decline compared to the average of the previous four quarters, which was Rs 5.92 crore. This represents the lowest sales figure in the last five quarters, suggesting a negative trend in sales performance. Furthermore, Operating Profit (PBDIT) and Operating Profit Margin both reached their lowest points in the same timeframe, indicating a decline in operational efficiency.
In light of these results, Elnet Technologies has experienced an adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting a shift from -2 to -5 over the past three months.
