Firstsource Solutions Reports Strong Financial Performance Amid Rising Debt Concerns in June 2025

Firstsource Solutions has reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showcasing a notable performance in various key metrics. The company has experienced a significant adjustment in its evaluation, with its score reflecting a positive shift from 6 to 19 over the past three months.
The financial highlights indicate that Firstsource Solutions achieved its highest operating cash flow at Rs 503.63 crore, demonstrating consistent growth in cash revenues from business operations over the last three years. Additionally, net sales reached Rs 2,217.65 crore, marking a strong quarterly performance that has shown positive trends over the last five quarters. The operating profit also reached a peak of Rs 347.09 crore, alongside a profit before tax of Rs 206.40 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 169.33 crore, all reflecting favorable quarterly trends.

On the efficiency front, the operating profit margin improved to 15.65%, while earnings per share rose to Rs 2.43, indicating enhanced profitability for shareholders. The company also increased its annual dividend per share to Rs 4.00, the highest in five years.

However, there are areas of concern, including a rise in interest costs and a higher debt-equity ratio, suggesting increased borrowings. The debtors turnover ratio has also shown a decline, indicating a slower pace in settling debts.
