Ganesh Housing Corporation, a midcap player in the construction and real estate industry, has released its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025. The evaluation changes reflect a score adjustment, moving from 22 to 18 over the past three months.
The financial data indicates several positive trends for Ganesh Housing. The company reported its highest operating profit (PBDIT) at Rs 216.60 crore, showing consistent growth each quarter over the last five quarters. Similarly, profit before tax (PBT) reached Rs 213.79 crore, also marking a record high and demonstrating a year-on-year growth of 46.27%. Profit after tax (PAT) followed suit, achieving Rs 164.90 crore, with a year-on-year increase of 46.2%. The operating profit margin has improved significantly, reaching 86.16%, highlighting enhanced efficiency. Additionally, earnings per share (EPS) hit a peak of Rs 19.77, indicating stronger profitability for shareholders.

However, not all aspects are favorable. Net sales for the quarter stood at Rs 251.39 crore, reflecting a year-on-year decline of 9.17%, suggesting challenges in sales performance.
