Gokaldas Exports Reports Strong Financial Performance with Significant Year-on-Year Growth in March 2025

Gokaldas Exports, a midcap player in the Garments & Apparels industry, has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing notable trends in its performance. The company has maintained a consistent evaluation over the past three months, reflecting stability in its financial standing.
The financial results indicate a strong operating profit to interest ratio, recorded at 5.70 times, marking the highest level in the last five quarters. This suggests an enhanced capability to manage interest obligations. Additionally, the profit before tax (PBT) has shown significant growth, reaching Rs 59.53 crore, which is a 59.21% increase year on year. This positive trend is mirrored in net sales, which peaked at Rs 1,015.34 crore, also reflecting a year-on-year growth of 24.98%.

Operating profit, recorded at Rs 122.54 crore, and profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 52.86 crore, both reached their highest levels in the last five quarters, indicating improved operational efficiency. However, the company has also experienced a rise in interest costs, now at Rs 21.49 crore, alongside increased non-operating income, which may not be sustainable in the long term.
