Goodyear India's March 2025 Results Show Significant Decline in Profitability and Sales

Goodyear India has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, revealing notable trends in its performance. The company's score has undergone an adjustment, moving to -11 from -19 over the past three months.
The financial data indicates challenges for Goodyear India. The Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter stands at Rs 2.78 crore, reflecting a significant decline of 75.5% compared to the average PBT of Rs 11.33 crore from the previous four quarters. Similarly, the Profit After Tax (PAT) has also seen a downturn, recorded at Rs 4.87 crore, which is down by 57.7% from the average PAT of Rs 11.51 crore in the prior four quarters.

Additionally, net sales for the quarter reached Rs 602.70 crore, marking a decrease of 5.7% against the average net sales of Rs 638.97 crore from the previous four quarters. The financials also highlight that non-operating income constitutes 59.18% of the PBT, suggesting a reliance on income from non-business activities, which may not support sustainable growth.
