GP Petroleums Reports Strong Financial Results, Indicating Positive Profitability Trends
GP Petroleums has reported its financial results for the quarter ending March 2025, showcasing a notable performance in various key metrics. The company's score has undergone an adjustment in evaluation, reflecting a shift from -6 to 10 over the past three months.The financial data reveals that Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) reached Rs 11.20 crore, marking a significant growth compared to the previous four-quarter average of Rs 7.60 crore. This trend indicates a positive trajectory for near-term profitability. Additionally, net sales for the quarter hit Rs 182.36 crore, the highest recorded in the last five quarters, and grew by 24.1% compared to the average of Rs 146.94 crore from the previous four quarters.
Operating profit also reached a peak of Rs 12.55 crore, with an operating profit margin of 6.88%, suggesting improved efficiency within the company. Furthermore, Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 8.62 crore, reflecting a growth of 39.0% over the previous four-quarter average of Rs 6.20 crore. The earnings per share (EPS) also reached its highest level at Rs 1.69 in the last five quarters, indicating enhanced profitability for shareholders.
