GRM Overseas Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Rising Interest Expenses and Declining Sales

GRM Overseas has announced its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, showing a 20.7% increase in Profit Before Tax to Rs 17.73 crore and a 24.7% rise in Profit After Tax to Rs 19.09 crore. However, interest expenses surged significantly, and net sales declined by 20.34%.
GRM Overseas, a small-cap player in the Other Agricultural Products industry, has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025. The results, declared on August 12, 2025, indicate a notable adjustment in evaluation, with the stock's score shifting to -9 from -6 over the past three months.

The financial data reveals some positive aspects for GRM Overseas. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter stands at Rs 17.73 crore, reflecting a growth of 20.7% compared to the average PBT of the previous four quarters, which was Rs 14.69 crore. Interest expenses have surged to Rs 13.40 crore, reflecting a significant increase of 114.74% over the previous half-year period, suggesting a rise in borrowings. Furthermore, net sales for the latest six months have declined to Rs 618.17 crore, showing a year-on-year decrease of 20.34%, indicating a negative trend in sales.
