Gujarat Natural Resources Reports Mixed Financial Results Amid Profit Growth and Sales Decline in June 2025

Gujarat Natural Resources has recently reported its financial results for the quarter ending June 2025, revealing a complex picture of performance. The company has experienced notable changes in its evaluation, with its score reflecting a shift from -20 to -7 over the past three months.
On the positive side, the Profit After Tax (PAT) has shown significant growth, reaching Rs 1.93 crore, marking a 141.3% increase year on year. This figure represents the highest PAT recorded in the last five quarters, indicating a favorable trend in profitability. Additionally, the Earnings per Share (EPS) has also reached its peak at Rs 0.15 during the same period, suggesting enhanced earnings for shareholders.

Conversely, the financial results also highlight areas of concern. The Profit Before Tax less Other Income (PBT) has declined sharply to Rs -1.45 crore, reflecting a substantial negative trend year on year. Furthermore, net sales for the latest six months have decreased to Rs 7.68 crore, showing a decline of 46.11% year on year. The reliance on non-operating income, which constitutes 175.13% of PBT, raises questions about the sustainability of the company’s business model.
